We currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator at our site in Rugby. This role will support the operation with load planning and system administration.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Handle hauler bookings and updating schedules with the relevant information and references
- Ensure all picking tickets and despatch notes are printed and ready for the relevant shift
- Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are complete in full
- Handle any general queries from the customer and 3rd party haulers
- Handle all customer VAS requirements including customer bookings via portals and manage any label printing requirements for orders being shipped
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Administrative experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to priorities workload
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience as a warehouse administrator or warehouse supervisory role
