EUC Engineer, Office365 Collaboration (H/F)

JOB PURPOSE

 

This role will serve as the end-to-end owner of the Collaboration and communication solution for Office365, ensuring the solutions are in sync with the service strategy and run smoothly. The role will require to monitor KPIs to maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution across the organization.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Define and deliver end-to-end services for Digital Workplace and Communication.

Design authority file collaboration platform and governance/processes

  • Develops the rules for using M365, following the norms and standards of the company
  • Proactively support the opportunity for standardization and simplification of the support processes, to increase efficiency within the organization.
  • Ensure that the support model of the service is operational and adapted
  • Ensure processes, best practices, and golden rules alignment and adoption based on guidelines

 

Digital workplace collaboration and communication adoption promotion

  • Develop and promote user experience adoption of end user digital workplace services
  • Create digital usage adoption plan to boost collaboration and elevate usage
  • Build and animation of change management practices & community for the group.
  • Support Business Process Transformation

 

Develop, promote, and maintain digital workplace collaboration and communication with IT and business

  • Oversee O365 and its collaborative solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Stream, OneDrive, Power platform…
  • Manage deployment and maintenance of the collaboration landscape (M365, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams)
  • Develop new solutions and provide dedicated Tier 1, 2 and 3 escalations to maintain operations and continuity.
  • Implement file collaboration and workplaces services governance
  • Rationalization of SharePoint application portfolio: service offering, delivery model, infrastructure & migration.
  • Implements tools and process to ensure data migration from legacy systems
  • Responsible for the optimal functioning of the collaborative platform
  • Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed
  • Execute and coordinate general housekeeping activities
  • Take corrective/proactive actions whenever required
  • Facilitate and implement automation as possible
  • Develop and deliver best in class services for Communication and Collaboration.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the collaboration core model: L3 support, continuous improvement of the support process, continuous improvement of the solution to improve the business processes.

 

File collaboration and workplaces platform Architecture

  • Perform a permanent inventory and ensure technology watch for continuous improvement
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and Infrastructures and security teams

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Knowledge

  • You will be highly experienced in design, architecture, and high-level support within O365 Collaboration Platforms with clear in-depth knowledge, including governance, information architecture and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting large scale SharePoint and Teams environments and excellent end user communication skills and strong planning of projects.
  • Strong in-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong understanding and experience in video conferencing technologies (Zoom, GTM etc) and hardware.

  • Composes thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, manuals, etc.

  • Takes pride in quality of documentation and presentations and ensures a high level of quality and professionalism in all work.
  • Presents organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
  • Fluent in English (required), French (beneficial).

  • Demonstrates follow-up skills.
  • Provides timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors.
  • Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame.

  • Minimum 5 years in similar roles.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications (Preferred).

  • ITIL (Preferred).
