What you need to succeed at XPO?

• Extensive Experience in Road Transport: Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in the road transport industry, with specialization in brokerage or intermodal business.

• Knowledge of a Strategic Carrier Network: Understand a network of carriers specializing in spot transport, particularly within Central Europe, Eastern countries, and the Italian domestic market.

• Intermediate English Proficiency: Communicate effectively with suppliers via email and phone.

• Customer-Oriented and Results-Driven Approach: Manage a significant volume of cargo while prioritizing service quality and operational profitability.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Subcontract providers in the market
• Manage the development and loyalty of carriers according to flows
• Ensure maximum profitability in each activity
• Provide support in the implementation and use of digital tracking and localization tools by subcontracted providers
• Structure and execute the daily fleet planning to optimize network needs, adjusting to the required service level
• Provide support in the homologation of suppliers by requesting the main transport documents
