 Responsibilities of the role


Supports his/her manager in overseeing the following activities:


  • National and international contracts: drafting and negotiation of procurement and transport contracts with clients; settlement agreements, letters of intent; rental contracts, various types of contracts with suppliers (maintenance, transport, contracting, distribution);
  • Management of litigation and coordination of external consultants;
  • Legal peer review activities in support of various internal functions;
  • Monitoring corporate GDPR compliance (this includes managing data protection activities, advising on data protection impact assessments, conducting periodic internal audits in accordance with XPO GDPR core team guidelines);
  • Monitoring compliance with Model 231;
  • Managing relations with the parent company, including periodic update reporting.
  • Performance of its activities in compliance with occupational safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures understood as protection of company assets;
  • Compliance with SOX regulations on all processes within its competence.



 Degree in law or legal subjects;

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years, preferably in the legal departments of structured multinational companies;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, and of contract writing in English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office package in general;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, precision, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team
  • Proactivity, constructive and enterprising approach.
  • Expertise in negotiating in both Italian and English;
