What you will do on a typical day:

Job Responsibilities: Work support tickets as received for SharePoint Online, redirecting to appropriate site owners as appropriate for team/department specific solutions.

Power Platform environment and policy review/creation/support. Support of cloud hosted (Azure and Google Cloud) as needed, Provide light-duty ("How do I…?") training as needed for end users. Other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements: SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online/Office 365) - farm/tenant admin Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) 

Help Desk/end user-facing support – Powershell script writing

Workplace by Facebook support - C# Development to support cloud hosted applications 

 Training/technical documentation
