What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes to project scope.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and build relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Service Now and CRM technologies to guide project teams and clients through successful implementations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for Service Now and CRM configuration and customization
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve project performance.
  • Detail-oriented in terms of documentation, and gathering client requirements
  • Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance
  • Ensures clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals
  • Promote transparency and team empowerment across teams with positivity.

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • 8 + IT Experience with minimum project management experience with the ability to lead risks, People Management, Change management, and training methods.
  • 4 +years of working experience in Managing Salesforce/Service Now end-to-end implementation Project.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other) including Deployment/Packaging effectively.
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment. Ensure effective use of project management software and tools.
  •  Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Service Now OR CRM projects.
  • Strong documentation skills and Power point presentation skills for project documents.
  • PMP  certification is added advantage.
