SOLUTION DESIGN ENGINEER


Responsabilies:

 

•    Examining the needs expressed by the customer
•    Projects new supply chain solutions for new or existing customers
•    Manages time, costs and priorities of the project assigned to him 
•    Identifies the technically suitable suppliers for all the needs of the project (automatic / technological systems, shelving, forklifts etc.), collaborating with the Purchasing function
•    Evaluates and proposes the projects in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, costs, probability of achievement and impact on the corporate budget, coordinating in particular with the reference BU, the Administration, Finance and Control Department, the HR Department and the Legal function


Requirements:

•    Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Mechanics
•    5-6 years background in a similar role acquired in multinational companies operating in industrial/services business sectors
•    Good knowledge of English
•    Knowledge with the Office Package (particularly Excel) and preferably knowledge of Autocad and/or MSProject
•    Time flexibility and passion for logistic issues at 360°
•    Availability for frequent trips on Italian territory
