Warehouse Administration Employee

We are looking for a temporary Warehouse Administration Employee based in Vescovana for a maternity substitution




  • Check and record payable and receivable invoices for the warehouse
  • Manage monthly accounting closures of the warehouse
  • Prepare and make purchase orders according to the needs of the warehouse
  • Create and check customs documentation
  • Edit reports and manage the VAT records
  • Support the Warehouse Manager for basic accounting activities
  • Support for the Admnistration Manager of the related Business Unit
  • Maintain the archive and interface with the central finance office



Requested Requirements: 


  • High School Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in the administrative field
  • Knowledge of the payable invoicing process and related appropriations
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel in particular) and AS400
  • Good interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, precision, goal orientation, and collaborative skills
