Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives/ FLT to join us at our site in Wellingborough. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department, with a good amount of manual handling, as well as operating FLT's (full training will be given). You’ll be working on the day shift 0900-1700. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive salary of £30,000 per year.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Driving mainly Reach Truck in a safe manner.
• Manually moving products around the warehouse
• Moving pallets with stock on
• Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required.
• Full training will be given.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• • FLT licence ideal
  • You must be good with heights.
  • Basic IT skills
  • A willingness to learn and build a new career.
  • An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
