Transport Coordinator

 Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer £25396 per annum. You will be working a Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:  

Working alongside our planning and transport team members. You will be completing general administration tasks, maintaining files and helping with our weekly payroll function.  

 What you need to succeed at XPO:  

• Previous administration experience ideally within a logistics environment  

• A can-do attitude 
• A strong user of Microsoft Office Suite  
• Ensure drivers adhere to road transport legislation
• Driver de briefs
• Date entry into spreadsheets
• Entry of fuel/mileage/ hours into KPI’S
• Ensure fleet is available for MOT/Service
• All defects are raised and cleared
• Allocation of routes to crew
• Drivers holiday plan and source agency cover
