Warehouse Managment Information Analyst

Location: Bradford
Salary: £30,000
Permanent | Full-time

We’re looking for a junior MI Analyst to support our warehouse operation with data, reporting and dashboards. This is an entry-level role suited to someone analytical who enjoys working with data, keeping it organised, and presenting it in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

You’ll be extracting data from various systems, maintaining reports, and helping turn numbers into something the operation can actually use. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to build experience in MI and operational analytics. You’ll get hands-on exposure to real warehouse performance data and the chance to develop your reporting and visualisation skills in a fast-paced environment. You will also support with transport administration tasks and work closely within the transport office to ensure accurate data, reporting and day-to-day operational coordination. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Extracting and managing data from warehouse / operational systems

  • Producing regular MI reports and simple dashboards

  • Cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy

  • Presenting information in a clear, visual and user-friendly format

  • Supporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc data requests

  • Highlighting trends, issues and opportunities through basic analysis

  • Helping improve and streamline existing reporting processes

What we’re looking for

  • Naturally analytical with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with data and large spreadsheets

  • Good Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)

  • Able to turn raw data into clear, presentable outputs

  • Organised, methodical and willing to learn

  • Good communication skills – able to explain data in simple terms

Nice to have (not essential)

  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar tools

  • Basic SQL knowledge

  • Any experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
