We’re looking for a motivated Compensation & Benefits Co‑ordinator to join our team in Crick, Northamptonshire. Reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth administration of our reward and benefits activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in Compensation & Benefits within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,000 per annum (pro rata) for this 6–9 month FTC. You’ll also receive:

What you’ll do on a typical day

  • Process weekly and monthly benefit applications via our benefits platform
  • Manage payroll inputs by liaising with the payroll team, ensuring accurate data for benefits such as Cycle to Work, healthcare, and company cars
  • Liaise with providers for electric car salary sacrifice, life assurance and licence checking
  • Maintain accurate employee records for company cars, allowances and fines
  • Handle employee queries through our ticketing system and company car inbox
  • Support annual benefits windows and bonus processing
  • Audit people data and support compensation‑related invoicing
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, including benchmarking and pension queries

What you need to succeed at XPO

  • Experience in HR, Reward or Benefits administration is desirable but not essential
  • An interest in developing Reward/Compensation & Benefits expertise
  • Strong numerical ability and intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive, resilient, problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR
