We’re looking for a motivated Compensation & Benefits Co-ordinator to join our team based in Crick, Northamptonshire. Reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of our Compensation and Benefits team.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum pro rata for a 9-month FTC. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days. You’ll have access to high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks. We offer hybrid working with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Process weekly and monthly benefit applications via our benefits platform
- Manage payroll inputs by liaising with the payroll team ensuring data accuracy for benefits including Cycle to Work, healthcare, and company cars
- Liaise with providers for electric car salary sacrifice, life assurance, and license checking
- Maintain accurate employee records relating to company cars, allowances, and fines
- Handle employee queries through our ticketing system and company car inbox
- Assist with annual benefits windows and bonus processing
- Audit data and support compensation invoicing
- Provide ad hoc administrative support including benchmarking and pension queries
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous experience in a Benefits, Reward or HR administration role
- An understanding of employee benefits and HR systems
- Intermediate Excel skills and numerical ability
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace
- Resilience, initiative, and a positive approach to problem solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in accordance with GDPR
- Minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
